2. Order Processing and Deliveries
Products purchased via https://www.sonnyangel.se will only be delivered to the countries specified on the website. The geographical areas for delivery of items from https://www.sonnyangel.se include the following countries: Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland.
We send all our letters and packages with Posten/Postnord. This means that orders of flat / small items delivered in the mailbox and bulkier packages may be picked up at your local post-extradition. You may need to identify you at the pick-up. Normally we pack and ship your delivery within 1-2 working days and you have your shipment within 2-4 days (within Sweden)!
3. Shipping
Shipping is 65 SEK within Sweden, regardless of the size of your order.

VAT and customs duties outside the EU
If you order outside the EU (Norge), you pay no tax on our website. You pay that separately. An invoice will be sent to you. Sometimes you even have to pay a separate custom fee.
4. Returns / 14 days
You always have the right to return the products you bought over the internet. The prerequisite is that you return the product unopened within 14 days from the time we shipped your order. When you return an item you are responsible for shipping costs. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packed and that it reaches us properly. If a return is lost or broken, you are representing costs. Always contact us before making a return.
Returns are only accepted for unopened packages. The customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
For returns from abroad, the customer must arrange the return themselves by going to the post office or shipping provider. For returns from Norway, the customer is also responsible for handling and arranging any customs requirements.

5. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not picked up and is returned, an administration fee of 200 SEK in Sverige. 300 SEK Norge, Danmark, Finland.
6. Complaint
Once you have received a product and discover an issue with it, you must file a complaint within 5 days in order to make a valid claim. It is also possible to insure the product through the shipping company; in that case, please email info@sonnyangel.se. If the package were to be lost or damaged upon delivery, the shipping company will reimburse the product.
You can not return a broken/opened package because it is a collectable!
